The Curta Canedo film festival takes place on October 6th, 7th and 8th. This will be the second edition of the event that for this year brings in its schedule a special attraction for the kids, the “Curta Canedinho”, an exhibition of children’s films. Entries will compete for cash prizes for first, second and third place in the best children’s film category.
The festival is open to the public who will be able to participate in sessions of animated films by filmmaker Rosa Berardo. According to the event’s organizers, a special movie theater will be set up at the festival’s headquarters. During the break, playful interactions will be offered with teacher Ivete Santana Aires, a professor of performing arts.
